On October 9, 2020, The Sullivan Law Firm submitted a systemic formal complaint against the Savannah-Chatham County Public School System (SCCPSS) to Georgia Department of Education (GaDOE) alleging certain violations of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) (20 U.S.C. § 1400 et seq.) had occurred around the move from in-person to exclusively online/virtual teaching formats.
This is the timeline of the complaint from the initial complaint to GaDOE's formal resolution decision dated February 12, 2021.
