SAVANNAH PUBLIC SCHOOLS VIOLATED THE EDUCATIONAL AND CIVIL RIGHTS OF 4,000 DISABLED STUDENTS

The Sullivan Law Firm filed a formal complaint against the Savannah-Chatham County Public School System (SCCPSS) on behalf of all students with disabilities who are enrolled in the district and are eligible for special education under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) (20 U.S.C. § 1400 et seq.). The complaint outlines how SCCPSS violated the educational and civil rights of these students since school started for the 2020-2021 school year.
